About Us
Located in Melrose, MN the Carrillo Brothers Farm is run by, you guessed it, two brothers Jesus and Aldo Carrillo. They grow a variety of crops including cucumbers, peppers, tomatillos, sweet corn, winter squash, and more on just over 6 acres.
We helped them put up their new hoop house late last winter, wrapping up just in time for them to start tomatoes in the new structure. With a hoop house, they can plant seeds earlier in the season and keep them protected from the elements, they'll save money and get a jump on the season. Fun fact - their favorite crop to grow is tomatillos.

Practices
We use all organic methods, but aren't currently certified. Our farm is GAP-certified.
